I am a multi-instrumentalist playing by ear, I do not read or write actual music, I do however create songs as best I can.

All of my music/songs are original non-Ai, human authored songs where the music tracks are created and recorded first, words/lyrics written next and the songs recorded and sang by myself in my own little bedroom studio here in Texas. They are all analog to digital tracks recorded live.

I use electric guitars (my favorites are a 1966 Telecaster and nowadays a 2026 Kramer) with amps and modeling amps, 5 string bass for that low end sound we like in our vehicles, I use older keyboards, newer keyboards, live tracked drums with the exception of an older TrapKat digital kick added to an OSP DD-502 drum kit sound module for that real nice low end kick sound and feeling. I sometimes use a few older rack mount midi sound modules for some other effects/sounds. Most of the vocal tracks were recorded live/straight through with one condenser microphone using a simple church effect from my mixer, standing next to that is a dynamic microphone that has an older effects processor added to it for the echo effects.

I sing all vocal tracks on all of my original songs including the backing vocals, no doubling, just live single tracks, harmonies and no ad-libs or counter-melodies. I sing, practice many times over and record a track to one of my songs that has finished music and if I like it after 420 tries/rehearsals/recordings then I keep my favorite vocal tracks so you can hear them.

I create songs as best I can with what I have.

I sometimes use a few older rack mount midi sound modules for some other effects/sounds.
